Chalk Group Lithostratigraphy: Northern England - Enthorpe Marls

A group of up to four marls (although locally the highest might be absent), of which the lowest is the best developed (up to 50 mm), in an interval of c. 2.5 m of chalk (Wood & Smith, 1978).
