The methodology for construction of models in GSI3D is described in detail by Kessler et al., 2008[1] (https://nora.nerc.ac.uk/3737/1/OR08001.pdf). It principally involves construction of cross-sections between the best quality borehole data, (Figure 5), followed by envelope construction around the limits of the geological units.
