Summary

description
English: Figure 8 The palaeogeography of the Lower Limestone Group, highlighting the occurrence of two types of channel sandbody, regular delta distributaries and larger palaeovalleys. The southern extent of the delta progradations is loosely constrained by well data. It seems that a distal deepwater basin was established by this time and that a distinct basin margin was present, across which sand may have been bypassed, particularly during low-stand episodes.
