Middle Old Red Sandstone of Orkney, Eday Beds Attributions have been omitted from this page...... N. Fannin's unpublished Ph.D thesis is noted at the bottom of the page, but Dr J M Ridgway's unpublished Ph.D thesis "Sedimentology and Palaeogeography of the Eday Group, Middle Old Red sandstone, Orkney" is not. Also, referring to me in the text as "Miss. Ridgway" is wrong and demeaning. Just say "Ridgway", like "Fannin" etc. Skip the "Miss".
