Informal names such as theme and team names should not be capitalised except for the initial letter of the first word when used in headings or if it includes a proper noun. The team and theme names should be treated as activities and not as formal departments. This policy makes it easier to cope with organisational change under a matrix management system where staff may be part of several teams within other themes.
Exceptions: product names or brands or formal or traditional departmental functions:
• Personnel
• Press Office
