	As part of a project called PRISM (Project for Strengthening of the Institutions in the Mining Sector), from 1999-2004, new geophysical, geological, hydrogeological, hydrological and geochemical datasets were collected, including drilling records and geological logs; spot measurements of static (rest) water levels in boreholes and wells and of groundwater quality; and limited monitoring data for groundwater salinity and borehole pumping rates (Friedel 2008).
