&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Top&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;: The top of the zone is placed at an un-named chalky marl, locally c. 0.5 m below the lowest acme of the inoceramid bivalve &amp;#039;&amp;#039;Mytiloides&amp;#039;&amp;#039; (Whitham, 1991).&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Bio-horizons&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;: &amp;#039;&amp;#039;Praeactinocamax plenus&amp;#039;&amp;#039; occurs at two closely spaced horizons below the Black Band s.s., in the lower part of the zone (Wood &amp;amp; Mortimore, 1995).&lt;br /&gt;
