The biomarker is found in the Jukes Formation (Early Campanian, pilula Zone). The FDOs of Reussella kelleri and Gavelinella cristata accompany the biomarker in the Southern North Sea.

Correlation: This biomarker can be placed just below the top of BGS foraminiferal Biozone 19 (Wilkinson, 2000).
