The plans of the Newcastle Office say Clarendon House - this might have been a first location.

The 33 Eskdale Terrace address is from Harry Wilson's book.

A Clarendon House is on Clayton Street ie https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/123416723#/?channel=RES_BUY looking at Google maps the building has the right shape https://www.google.co.uk/maps/place/Clayton+St+W,+Newcastle+upon+Tyne/@54.9696953,-1.6192513,76m/data=!3m1!1e3!4m5!3m4!1s0x487e70b4d6318b53:0xe9e4eedbbbcc53f9!8m2!3d54.9694228!4d-1.6195393 and the open area in the middle so it looks like it was there not Jesmond Road as I thought. Or did they move to Jesmond later? If it was on Clayton Street then north is to the left of the plan and the right side fronts Bewick Street next to the Chinese Christian Church. All the shapes fit really well right down to the chimney and the window placements etc.
